Spring-Proof Weather Plan (WNY-Ready)
Spring in Western New York can change fast—so Spring Camp is designed to run strong even when it’s cold, wet, or windy. Kids won’t be stuck standing around outside. We keep them moving, warm, and having fun.
1 Built-in warm-up resets
Every day includes scheduled warm-up moments so campers can warm hands, swap layers, hydrate, and jump back in—without losing the momentum of camp.
2 Big warm backup spaces
If the weather shifts, we don’t cancel the day—we shift the plan into our large barn, indoor riding arena, and a heated tent. The routine stays the same—just adapted for comfort and safety.
3 Cold-proof versions of every big afternoon
Muddy Rush, Frontier Fieldcraft, Easter Bunny Egg Heist, and Trails & Tribulations each have an indoor/covered version—so kids still get the “big moment” of the day.
4 No long lines
Cold feels worst when kids stand still. We run activities in small groups and “heats” so campers are participating—not waiting.
What we need from parents (simple)
Layers, a waterproof outer layer, extra socks, and gloves/hat on chilly days.
Bottom line: Spring Camp is built for spring weather—your child will come home the best kind of tired: muddy, proud, and smiling.

Spring Stampede
Camp Championship
Four pillars Monday–Thursday, then Friday brings everything back for one Synergy Finale. Campers earn points as individuals, team scores are averaged for fairness, and champions are crowned on Friday.

All pillars return and combine. Points add up all week. Champions are crowned.
How it works (simple)
- Campers earn individual scores in daily events
- Team scores are averaged from individual scores for fairness
- Friday is the Synergy Finale where everything comes together

- Ages: 5–15
- Full week of day camp (Monday–Friday)
- Drop-off: 8:30–9:00 AM
- Pick-up: 4:30–5:00 PM
- Not a sleepover camp
- Sale: $57/day • $285/week (normally $600) • Sale ends 4/1
- Payment plan: $95/month for 3 months (starts with a $95 deposit)

- Drop-off window is 8:30–9:00 AM (staff will guide where to unload)
- Pick-up is 4:30–5:00 PM (authorized pickup only)
- Rain/cold plans use indoor/covered spaces while keeping the daily structure

What will my kid be doing every day at Spring Camp?
Spring Camp (Ages 5–15) is built on a consistent routine parents can trust and kids can’t stop talking about: horse-first mornings (riding + horsemanship + grooming), an upgraded rotating animal enrichment mod, and one big named afternoon event each day — plus a daily campfire snack and Pizza Friday lunch provided. Everything ties back to the Championship Week pillars (GRIT, SKILL, WITS, TEAM → Friday SYNERGY).

Natural obstacle course hidden deep in the woods — run in heats, built for courage and “finish proud” moments.
- Heats + teamwork challenges (kids earn GRIT points)
- Obstacle navigation, muddy determination, and big team energy
- Campfire snack becomes the “reset + celebration” moment

SKILL
Frontier Fieldcraft
Tracking + survival skills meet fishing games and archery — precision, focus, and real outdoors confidence.
- Fishing games (casting-style accuracy + challenge stations)

WED 4/8
WITS
Easter Bunny Egg Heist
Easter-themed mystery mission — eggs go missing, clues are hidden, teams solve the heist to save Easter.
- Escape-room style clue path (age-appropriate problem-solving)
- Classic egg hunt magic layered in
- Final reveal moment where teams “save Easter”

TEAM
Trails & Tribulations
Trail day + tribulations challenge block — teamwork, leadership, and wins you earn together.
- Tribulations = tough/fun challenges you overcome
