1) Request deletion from Autumn’s Gate / Bit

To request deletion of your personal data associated with Autumn’s Gate or Bit, contact us using one of the options below:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address and/or phone number you used with Autumn’s Gate or Bit
  • A short note that you are requesting data deletion
  • If you used a third-party login provider (such as Google), tell us which one

We will verify the request and process deletion within 30 days when possible.

For your protection, we may ask you to verify ownership of the email address or phone number associated with your account or interactions
before completing deletion.

2) Facebook / social login removal

Autumn’s Gate does not currently require Facebook Login. If Facebook Login is enabled in the future and you used it,
you may also remove the app connection through Facebook settings:

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove

3) What we delete (typical examples)

Depending on what you used, deletion may include:

  • Profile/contact information tied to your account
  • Bit app conversation history (if stored)
  • Support messages and related records (where feasible)
  • Text message history and associated messaging metadata (where feasible)

We may retain limited records necessary for legal/tax compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, safety requirements,
and other operational purposes.
