uses, and shares information when you use our website and services, including the Bit app/AI assistant (the “Services”).

  • Bookings & registrations for riding lessons, experiences, camps, events, and related services.
  • Online store purchases and gift certificates (if offered).
  • “Bit” / AI assistant interactions and related support communications.
  • SMS/text and email communications you opt into or initiate with us.

A. Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email address, phone number).
  • Booking/registration details (sessions selected, dates, rider/camper details, preferences).
  • Camp-related information you submit as a parent/guardian (such as a child’s name, age, emergency contacts, allergies/medical notes, and other safety-related details).
  • Waivers and consent forms (including signatures and acknowledgements where applicable).
  • Messages you send us (email, text, chat, forms, or other communications).
  • Photos/video permissions and related preferences if you provide them.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, and approximate location inferred from IP).
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality, security, remembering preferences, and analytics.
  • Identifiers used for analytics and measuring site/app performance (for example, cookie IDs and event identifiers).

C. Information from third parties

  • Payment processors: we typically receive confirmation details (such as transaction amount, payment status, and partial identifiers). We do not intentionally collect full credit card numbers directly on our servers when a third-party processor is used.
  • Booking, CRM, marketing, and forms providers: if you submit information through tools we use to manage bookings, customer relationships, or communications, we receive the data you provide through those tools.
  • Login providers (if enabled): we may offer sign-in options like Google or other providers. If you choose to use them, we may receive basic profile information (for example, name, email, and a provider user ID) depending on your authorization.

If you opt in to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Autumn’s Gate, we may send messages such as registration confirmations,
reminders, schedule/arrival updates, and customer support replies (including messages sent by Bit, our automated assistant).

Message frequency varies (up to 4 msgs/week during peak season). Message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help.
Consent to receive texts is not required as a condition of purchase.

5) How we share information

We may share information in the following situations:

  • Service providers who help us operate (website hosting, booking tools, payment processors, CRM, email/SMS communications, analytics, and automation/integrations). This may include SMS delivery providers (e.g., Twilio) and mobile carriers to deliver text messages.
  • Legal and safety when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our customers, staff, and business.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with appropriate safeguards).

depending on the permissions you grant.

Facebook Login: We do not currently require Facebook Login, but if it is enabled in the future, users will be able to disconnect
the connection through their Facebook settings and request deletion as described on our
Data Deletion Instructions page.

8) Children’s privacy

Autumn’s Gate offers family services and youth programming. When we collect information about a child, it is typically provided by a parent or legal guardian
for registration, safety, scheduling, or emergency purposes.
