Early Drop-Off lets your camper arrive at 7:30 AM — a full hour before the regular gate opens — so you can get to work, beat traffic, or simply enjoy a calm morning handoff. Staff are on-site, breakfast is already rolling, and your camper can ease into the day at their own pace.
Why We Do It
Camp mornings don’t always line up with real-life mornings. We added Early Drop-Off because parents told us they needed flexibility without guilt — a way to get their kids here early and know they’re in great hands from the moment they arrive. Every Early Drop-Off camper is welcomed by name, settled in with a small-group activity, and never waiting alone.

– Light morning snack before the main breakfast service
– Extra time to connect with friends before the full-camp day begins
How It Works
Select Early Drop-Off for any camp day you need it. You’ll see it reflected on your family’s daily schedule in the Family Portal. On your chosen days, pull up to the Early Drop-Off lane (marked with orange flags), check in with the morning counselor using your GateKey QR, and you’re on your way. No separate paperwork, no sign-in sheets.
