Customer Experience · Year-Round
Be the person who makes Autumn's Gate easy to understand, easy to join, and hard to leave. From the first online question to an ongoing family relationship, you help make every interaction feel personal, clear, and useful.
From online to on the farm
The experience we provide customers is at the foundation of Autumn's Gate. Families may first discover us through a website, social post, text message, phone call, ad, recommendation, or online chat. Your job is to turn that first interaction into clarity, confidence, and a relationship.
The Customer Experience Specialist is often the voice and face of Autumn's Gate. You help potential and existing customers understand the right program or experience, answer questions quickly, solve problems, follow up, and make sure what the customer needs stays connected to what the rest of the team is doing.
Your mission
Listen first. Understand what the family is trying to accomplish, then help them navigate lessons, camps, memberships, experiences, events, and other options without overwhelming them.
Follow up, remember context, solve problems, explain next steps, and help families continue their relationship with Autumn's Gate when there is a good reason to do so.
Notice patterns in questions, compliments, complaints, and buying behavior. Share what you learn so programs, messaging, processes, and products keep getting better.
