Description
Lights up. Curtain rises. The Theater Program is a week-long performing arts experience built across 4–5 activity clusters: preparation, script development, design & production, rehearsal, and a live Friday performance at the Autumn’s Gate amphitheater. No experience necessary — just the willingness to show up bold and make something together.
Why We Do It
Help support this program! Theater builds skills that last long after the final bow — public speaking, creative risk-taking, collaboration, and the ability to be fully present. We want to bring theater to camp in a big way, and your enrollment helps us gauge interest and invest in the equipment, costumes, and training to make it a permanent, fully-resourced program. Every registration this season directly supports that vision.
What Your Kid Gets
– 4–5 structured activity clusters across the week: preparation, script development, design & production, full rehearsal, and the live Friday performance
– An original script co-created with the group — no memorizing someone else’s lines
– Costume and prop creation in our arts studio
– A full end-of-week performance in the Autumn’s Gate amphitheater with a real audience
– A commemorative program booklet and cast photo to take home
How It Works
Clusters run during scheduled activity blocks across Monday through Thursday, with the Friday morning performance as the finale. Enrollment caps at 12 campers per session to keep every voice heard. Mixed ages encouraged. No audition, no experience required — enrollment is the only step.
