Why We're Doing This
What if more marketing money stayed local?

Businesses already spend money to reach families.

They pay social platforms, search engines, media companies, email systems, and advertising networks for access to an audience.

Autumn's Gate believes local organizations should have an opportunity to earn some of that money too.

Schools, teams, clubs, nonprofits, and community organizations already have something valuable: people who know them, trust them, and listen when they share something worthwhile.

Instead of sending every customer-acquisition dollar somewhere else, we can reward local organizations for helping introduce Autumn's Gate to their communities.

Frequently Asked Questions

The important stuff.

Is there a cost to join?

No. There is no enrollment fee for approved Autumn's Gate Fundraising Partners.

What is the current Halloween fundraising rate?

Approved Fundraising Partners receive 50% of the $28 base admission price on qualifying regular-admission ticket sales for both Halloween Celebration and PLANT 38. That is $14 back per qualifying $28 admission, and the 50% rate remains in effect through the close of ticket sales for each 2026 Halloween campaign.

Does the 50% fundraising return apply to Kids Night Out?

No. Kids Night Out products are excluded. The 50% Halloween fundraising rate applies only to qualifying $28 regular-admission tickets for Halloween Celebration and PLANT 38. KNO tickets and the combined full-evening KNO option do not generate the 50% return.

Do we have to collect money from supporters?

No. Supporters purchase directly from Autumn's Gate. Autumn's Gate handles checkout, customer payment, customer service, sales tracking, and fulfillment.

How are our sales tracked?

Depending on the opportunity, your organization may receive a unique partner link, QR code, promotional code, or another approved tracking method.

Can supporters combine our fundraising code with other discounts?

No. Community-code purchases cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Fundraising is calculated on the qualifying base ticket price only.

What is excluded from fundraising calculations?

Ticketing fees, taxes, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, merchandise, donations, optional add-ons, and Kids Night Out products are excluded unless a future campaign explicitly states otherwise.

Do we have to participate in every opportunity?

No. Your organization chooses which available Fundraising Partner opportunities make sense for your audience.

Are fundraising rates always the same?

No. The current 2026 Halloween Celebration and PLANT 38 campaigns pay 50% on qualifying regular admission for their full ticket-sales period. Future programs, events, products, or promotional periods may have different rates and terms.

When do we get paid?

Each opportunity will state its payout schedule. Earnings are reconciled for applicable refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and other adjustments before payment.

What happens after we submit the form?

Autumn's Gate reviews your information and follows up with next steps. Approved organizations can then complete the additional enrollment requirements and participate in available fundraising opportunities.
