Fundraising percentages apply to the qualifying base ticket price only and exclude ticketing fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, merchandise, and optional add-ons.

Do we have to collect money from supporters?
No. Supporters purchase directly from Autumn's Gate. Autumn's Gate handles checkout, customer payment, customer service, and sales tracking.
Do we have to participate in every opportunity?
No. Your organization chooses which available Fundraising Partner opportunities make sense for your audience.
Are fundraising rates always the same?
No. Each program, event, product, or promotional period may have its own fundraising rate and terms.
How are our sales tracked?
Depending on the opportunity, your organization may receive a unique partner link, QR code, promotional code, or another approved tracking method.
When do we get paid?
Each opportunity will state its payout schedule. Earnings are reconciled for applicable refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and other adjustments before payment.
What happens after we submit the form?
Autumn's Gate reviews your information and follows up with next steps. Approved organizations can then complete the additional enrollment requirements and participate in available fundraising opportunities.
