Your Premium Trail Ride begins with our team preparing riders, matching horses and making sure everyone is comfortable with the basics before heading onto the trail.
Every horse, rider and trail day is different. Guides adapt the experience to the people, horses and current conditions rather than treating every trip like an identical amusement ride.
Your reservation occupies an approximately 90-minute experience window. That can include check-in, orientation, horse assignment, mounting and the guided riding experience.

Dress For Riding
Wear long pants and weather-appropriate clothing. Boots with a heel are preferred. Closed-toe sneakers are acceptable. Avoid open-toed footwear.
Helmets Required
Riding helmets are provided and required while riding. Riders may also bring an appropriate riding helmet of their own.

Riders over approximately 250 lbs. should contact Autumn's Gate before booking so our team can determine whether an appropriate horse is available.
