Backstory
Agatha Cackle has a new scheme: she’s released wandering ghosts into the Enchanted Forest, hoping to weaken the Halloween Portal. These spirits scatter and hide, feeding on mischief and confusion. Princess Jules and Starlight can banish them quickly… but only once they’re found. That’s where you come in.
The Guardians developed EctoLens technology — magical optics powered by the Portal itself — to help mortals see beyond the veil. Jules, being Jules, turned the hunt into a game. Every ghost you tag strengthens the Guardians’ efforts. Every ride is different, with spirits appearing in new corners, lurking in the fog, or hovering above the fields.
When the hayride returns, the tallies are checked. Did your family find the most ghosts? Did you claim a spot on the Guardian Leaderboard? Whether you’re a fierce hunter or a casual rider, your contribution keeps the magic alive.
• Not All Can Enter: The Hidden Patch remains unseen to those who doubt.

• The Choosing Ritual: A pumpkin selects its bearer, not the other way around.

How It Works
1. Board the Wagon – Climb aboard the hayride with your group. Guides explain the EctoLens and how to join the hunt.
2. Activate EctoLens – Open the Halloween Celebration web app on your phone. The “Ghost Hunter” mode transforms your camera into a magical scanner.
3. Spot & Tag Ghosts – As the hayride passes through haunted scenes, aim your phone at glowing apparitions to “tag” them. Each successful tag adds to your score.
4. Leaderboard Reveal – At the end of the ride, see if your ghost count earns you a place on the Guardian Leaderboard!

Do we need a smartphone to play?
Yes, at least one per group. The EctoLens runs in your browser — no app download needed.
Can we ride without hunting?
Of course! Ghosts appear visually for everyone to enjoy. Hunting just adds the game layer.
Is it scary?
It’s atmospheric and fun — glowing spirits, not horror frights. Designed for kids and families.
How long is the ride?
Approximately 20 minutes.

- All tickets include all 4 attractions. Ticket type only determines where you begin.
- To stay together: choose the same day, showtime, and ticket type (groups max 35).
- Everyone age 2+ needs a ticket.
