We’ve always strived to positively impact people’s lives, and Mr.Danny has helped us realize that with so many of you. His dedication, expertise, and integrity are just a few things that make him so special to his students and to us.
We are both sad and excited. We’re sad to see Danny go, but we’re excited for his opportunity to work with racehorses and to embark on the adventure of moving out east!
When my wife, Haley, started the riding program, it was based on her childhood experiences with horses. She realized the importance of prioritizing a positive and fun experience at the barn above all else. Her instruction has always been the archetype at Autumns Gate. Unfortunately, her leadership role in the medical community made it difficult to dedicate the time to impart that methodology.
This is why Danny joining the team was so exciting; we had finally found a proxy that shared the same views, values, and instruction methodology. He would spend the next year installing these principles as a permanent fixture in our riding program and help raise the next generation of Autumn’s Gate instructors.
Danny has played an integral role in cultivating our next generation of instructors. He’s worked for over a year recruiting, training, and mentoring to prepare us for this moment. His integrity dictates we’re ready for the challenge, and we couldn’t agree more. We’re excited to see our next generation of instructors carry on his legacy.
Though we’ll miss his daily presence, he’s helped us build a fantastic team and an incredible community that he will always be a part of in many ways.
We are so grateful for all the work he’s done here. We know you feel the same way, and we’re hoping you’ll help us show him how much it means to us.
Let’s give Mr. Danny a proper Autumn’s Gate send-off, and show our support as he embarks on his new adventure!
Please join us for a farewell celebration this Saturday, 11/27 @5pm. We’ll have materials for kids to make him a card at the event.
We’ll be meeting up at 4pm to make signs and decorate the barn. Text us (716-791-5051) if you’d like to help set up, contribute materials, or plan to bring a farewell sign.
*No Balloons* (they’re like the boogeyman for horses)
We’ll be providing hotdogs, hamburgers, or pizza, but we’re all about preparing a feast in his honor 😉 Let us know if you’d be willing to bring a dish to pass or contribute items such as disposable plates/utensils/cups, drinks, desserts, gold deploones, etc.
PLEASE RSVP BY FRIDAY 11/26 @ 5pm
